At iShade Cosmetic, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene considerations, we only accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return and Refund
You have received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

The product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@ishadecosmetic.com with your order details and proof such as photos or videos clearly showing the damage or error.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.

Non-Returnable Products
We do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been used, opened, or partially consumed, regardless of the reason.

Returns due to change of mind or preference are not accepted.

Process
Upon receiving your claim, our team will verify the issue.

If approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the damaged or wrong product from you.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Shipping costs for return of damaged or wrong products will be borne by iShade Cosmetic.
